The second part of the tour takes you to the heart of Martinique’s countryside. We’ll drive small roads to get to a small family farm, where we’ll be welcomed by a farmer and be taken to visit the grounds. You’ll discover how local fruits and vegetables are produced and get to taste them, as well as a fresh juice. After the visit we’ll settle to have a swim & a picnic next to a river, enjoying the colourful cabin. Possible to buy some products like home-made jams and dried fruits.

Feeling refreshed we’ll hop back to the van and drive to the HSE – distillery dating from the 19th century. Here Meri will take you to see the old distillery, nowadays functioning s as the aging room, the beautiful botanical garden with statues from a renowned local artist – and of course you’ll have the opportunity to taste all of their dark & white rums!

Please note: Sneakers/closed shoes mandatory for the jam & juice factory, swimming suit and towel recommended to swim in the river. Fair amount of walking so tour not suitable for people with mobility issues.

This exclusive tour takes you to the town of Le François, in the Atlantic coast of the island, where you’ll enjoy a private visit of the charming Simon plantation learning about the rum-making process from A to Z. The history of the plantation and the main house, the distillation, aging and sugarcane production will hold no secrets to you after this visit! The approximately 1,5-2h visit will conclude with a tasting of their excellent rums and a possibility to buy them. For the hard-core rum enthusiasts, it’s also possible to visit the Compagnie du Rhum showroom situated on the premises with their 1000 brands of rum from all over the world (Tuesdays to Fridays)!

After, we’ll hop back to the van and drive to the close-by Clément plantation. Meri will guide you through the large estate where you’ll see the old main house (classified as a historical monument), the distillery-museum, the botanical garden with contemporary sculptures, the aging rooms and the outlet offering tastings and selling the rums. You’ll also have the chance to visit the art galleries with their changing exhibitions by different Caribbean artists (optional).

This is a 20 minute jet-ski initiation but other options are available (1 or 2 hour tours). Clients are accompanied by an instructor within a defined area in the Fort de France bay. Our jet-ski initiations and tours must be reserved at least 48 hours in advance and depend on the weather.

Ride your own Jetski for ages 16 and higher! Participate in initiations, tours and rides behind an instructor. Our Seadoo GTI's are the latest machines offering exhilarating acceleration! You will be in the safe hands of our qualified instructors. We offer 1 hour "SPORT" tours or 2 hour "SIGHTSEEING" tours along the beautiful Caribbean coast, visiting the amazing beaches and coves. Our initiations are 20, 30 or 60 minutes long. You will ride your own jet-ski in a defined area under the watchful eye of your instructor in the clear blue waters of Fort-de-France bay.

Gas, life jackets and insurance is included. You will need to bring an identity card for everyone taking part (passengers included) and a caution will be taken. The prices are per machine (1 or 2 people). There is a restaurant and bar option available on request.

After that, head to the town called Les Anses d'Arlet to discover the Caribbean coastline of Martinique with beautiful beaches. This is a fishing town with a nice church facing the beach. You can take a bath in a beautiful and quiet white-sand beach. Mask and tube will be at your disposal to admire fishes!

Then you will discover the famous Diamond Rock which is a huge rock in the sea, close to a town called Le Diamant. You will also discover a memorial of slavery and learn about the history of Martinique. After that, stop in a local market to enjoy spices, fruits and some local products.
The last stop will be in a rum distillery to taste delicious rum.
